Role Overview
The Civil / Site Engineer will oversee the execution of building and infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. The role requires ensuring that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, suppliers, technical teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. The successful candidate will monitor project progress, manage quality control, scheduling, safety compliance, and final handover procedures. The role also involves preparing daily and weekly progress reports, managing workforce allocation and materials, and assisting in the preparation and submission of technical documentation when required.
Requirements (Aligned with the Omani Job Market)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Relevant professional experience in construction or infrastructure projects (preferably 5+ years)
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is considered an advantage)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation, with solid knowledge of construction methods and standards
- Willingness to relocate to Oman and obtain a work visa through employer sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits (Estimated for 2025 Market Conditions)
- Base salary: approximately OMR 850 per month, depending on experience

- Housing provided or housing allowance of OMR 150 per month
- One annual return flight ticket to the home country
