Position: Projects Construction Manager

Salary: Negotiable (for comparable roles with 15–20 years of experience, around OMR 1,500/month)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably multi-million-dollar building developments
- Proven ability to plan, oversee, and manage all phases of project execution from initiation to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Familiarity with Omani construction standards and building codes
- Strong problem-solving skills and team leadership capabilities
- Track record of successfully ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and on-time project delivery
