Position: Deputy Laboratory Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 15,000 per month
Role Overview
The Deputy Laboratory Manager will oversee the operations of multiple construction materials laboratories. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of four laboratories, workforce planning, preparing monthly performance reports, coordinating equipment procurement and maintenance, and providing both technical and business leadership. This includes client communication, resource management, and oversight of sales and contracts. A solid understanding of testing techniques and ISO 17025 standards is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of laboratory management experience
- Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
